1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern the agreement between you and Devcode Ltd regarding the Englora app and the englora.devcodeltd.co.uk website (the "Service"). By downloading, registering for, or using the Service, you confirm that you have read and accept these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The Service
Englora is an educational app that helps you prepare for English proficiency tests through practice questions, exercises across every test question type, learning content and progress tracking. Englora is provided by Devcode Ltd (71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ, United Kingdom). The Service is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, or endorsed by, any official test provider or examination body.
3. Account & Membership
- You can use Englora as a guest, or sign in with Google or Apple to save and sync your progress.
- You are responsible for the security of your account and login credentials.
- You may not share or transfer your account to anyone else.
- You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorised use.
4. Acceptable Use
When using the Service, you agree not to:
- Copy, reproduce, distribute or resell the content without permission.
- Reverse-engineer the app or scrape data with automated tools or bots.
- Attempt to compromise the security or integrity of the Service.
- Manipulate leaderboards or progress systems by fraudulent means.
- Use the Service unlawfully or in a way that infringes the rights of others.
5. Content & Accuracy
We take great care to keep our questions and content accurate and up to date; however, the content is for study purposes and does not guarantee any official test result. Exam syllabi, question formats and rules may change. The final and binding source is always the relevant official test provider.
Englora is a preparation tool. Success in the app does not guarantee that you will pass or achieve a particular score on a real exam; results depend on your own study and performance.
6. Intellectual Property
All software, design, logos, trademarks, text, question sets and images in the Service belong to Englora / Devcode Ltd or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property law. You are granted a limited, non-transferable right to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes only.
7. Ads, Free Access & Premium
Englora is free to download and its core features are supported by advertising. By using the Service, you understand that ads may be shown within the app. How advertising data is handled, including consent and your choices, is described in our Privacy Policy.
Englora also offers an optional Premium upgrade that removes ads and unlocks additional content and features. Premium is available as a monthly auto-renewing subscription or a one-time lifetime purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play account when you confirm the purchase.
- The monthly subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time in your device's store subscription settings (App Store or Google Play); cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
- The exact price, duration and renewal terms are shown clearly on the purchase screen before you confirm.
- The lifetime option is a one-time purchase and is not a recurring subscription.
- Refunds and billing are handled by the relevant app store and are subject to its policies.
8. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided "as is". To the maximum extent permitted by law, Englora does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free, and is not liable for exam outcomes or for indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the Service.
9. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, if you breach these Terms. You may end your membership at any time by deleting your account (see our account deletion page).
10. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The current version is published on this page with a "Last updated" date. Continuing to use the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you keep the benefit of any mandatory consumer-protection rights of your country of residence, and you may bring proceedings in the courts of your home country; otherwise, the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
